Out of the several types of cell therapies which have been making news recently there also features then name of beta cell therapy and cell gene therapy. These revolutionary cell therapies can prove to be a boon to lots of us who would be provided respite by them. Let us consider both of these one by one.

Diabetes is a very common disease which today affects a large chunk of human population. this insulin related disease makes the patient dependent on medicines all his life. Cell Gene Therapy

Cell Gene Therapy is another aspect of cell therapy which has managed to make lots of scientists curious. Cell gene therapy deals with the fact of applying the principles of gene therapy to alter the gene of the stem cell before transplanting it into the patient. This cell gene therapy is carried out with several aims. Firstly, it would allow us to control any stem cell which by chance migrates to some other place in the body. This would also allow us to control the age of the stem cell and not allow it to proliferate uncontrollably and form a tumor. Cell gene therapy would allow us to ensure that the stem cell applications that we wish the stem cell to fulfill is actually delivered and in return it does not cause any ill effects to our body. But said that it is all the more important that this procedure of cell gene therapy is carried out with uttermost caution. By this we can ensure that we do not end up with a potentially useless stem cell which would not be capable of delivering the result that we wish it would.
